Our client is a big player in the FMCG sector and they are looking for a talented and ambitious Business Improvement Manager to join the team. Reporting into the Business Improvement Director you will be tasked with providing your expertise to enable the manufacturing unit to fulfil its business target plans.

A key part of your role within the Operational Excellence team will be to ensure that cross functional teams are engaged to focus on the specific priority areas and have the appropriate tools to support them. Coaching and training will be key including ensuring colleagues have the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt to build capability across all functions.

In addition, you will need to review and analyse scorecard performance for the Manufacturing Unit teams to ensure data integrity, generate insight and action improvement plans which develop current performance. You will have to engage key stakeholders to sponsor Business Improvement activity and support a continuous improvement culture.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
*Experience in a Manufacturing Company in a Business Improvement Manager role or similar
*Diploma or equivalent Business Improvement qualification
*Proven track record of delivering results as a Lean Sigma practitioner
*Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified
*Excellent IT skills
