Our client is an independently owned and managed manufacturing company with over 40 years’ experience in their market sector. Constantly adapting to changing trends, they have enjoyed year-on-year growth in recent times with ambitions to grow further.
On their behalf, 4c seek to appoint an IT Manager to take responsibility for the strategic management of all IT operations and deliver an IT infrastructure which facilitates their planned growth. The IT Manager will lead the scoping, identification and implementation of a new ERP system along with the integration with legacy systems whilst also ensuring the delivery of day-to-day IT support.
The role holder will be a highly effective project manager, capable of leading an IT function and team. In addition, the IT Manager will be commercially astute with the ability to assess and implement IT solutions which will deliver results to the top and bottom line.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- An experienced IT Manager with evidence of developing and implementing the overall IT strategy.
- Experience of maximising IT uptime and driving operational efficiencies within the manufacturing sector.
- Evidence of project management and the effective implementation of an ERP system.
