We’ve got a great opportunity for a prep operative to join our growing team based in West Drayton, Heathrow.

The preparation team are responsible for prepping all raw materials and turning them into delicious ingredients that fill our food to go products, using state of the art machinery in a fully controlled department with all the necessary training delivered through our new structured training plan.

We currently have both Days and Night Shifts available.

• Manually mixing raw materials to process them into materials suitable to be used in our products
• Follow recipes and mix ingredients as required on a machine or mixing bath.
• Weigh or measure ingredients as per customer specification. 
• Store/stack food in designated containers and storage areas.
• This role involves lifting, pushing and pulling of ingredients and mixes.
• Ensure defrosting and decanting of ingredients are completed in a safe and timely manner. 

• Good numeracy and literacy skills both verbal and written
• Can demonstrate working in a safe manor and to good H&S practices
• Accurate and pays attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Experience of working in a chilled environment
• Previous experience of working in a similar role is advantageous
