Paul Nyman Consultancy are recruiting a Junior Development Technologist for a successful family owned manufacturer in Manchester
The Business
As a prominent and leading business within their field, they are experiencing year on year growth. This well-respected company is a family owned British manufacturer of jam, marmalade, peanut butter and preserves, based in Manchester. They have been supplying product to customers in the UK for over 130 years
The Role
As a Junior Development Technologist you will be supporting the NPD team, in tasks such as factory trials and sample preparations. Assisting with the development process to effectively deliver products. Liaising with suppliers for products to use and helping with the updating and improvement of current recipes.
The Person
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual, who wishes to develop and grow within the food industry. Have an interest in food trends and has a keen eye for detail. Preferably a qualification in Food Technology.
