The Company

This is a great opportunity to join an established and well-known food manufacturer who produce pioneering ranges for the major retailers. They are now seeking a driven and ambitious Account Executive to join their growing team helping to maintain their top position within the market.

The Role

Reporting to the National Account Manager you’ll work strategically, supporting a key retail account, developing both new and existing business opportunities within this fast paced company. You’ll conduct category reviews and deliver knockout presentations to your customers utilising your extensive retail sector knowledge to drive business forward.

Working with all the internal teams and striking a close relationship with Buying, Supply Chain and Marketing you’ll be writing successful business plans demonstrating to your customers your full understanding of their vision whilst setting objectives to achieve both your goals. Additionally, you’ll assist with stock and order management, maintain an accurate database whilst focussing on improving forecast accuracy.

The Person

We are looking for a confident, proactive and experienced Account Executive with a proven record of successfully managing key customer relationships in a fast paced food manufacturing environment. As well as having an engaging and outgoing personality you’ll have experience of working closely with the major multiples coupled with a flair for project management. A passion for food, commercial acumen and the drive to achieve fantastic results is essential for this role. You'll also to be confident and articulate, have excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels including internal colleagues and a broad customer base.
