Operations Manager

An Operations Manager is required for a leading Food Manufacturing business based near Wakefield, West Yorkshire. Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing are interested in speaking to Operations Manager's to lead a growing food manufacturing facility.

The role will have responsibility for managing the key Operational functions on site, with a view to improving the OEE, H&S, People and On Time Delivery performance. This role will help support and implement a Continuous Improvement culture on the site and support an ongoing training and development plan to upskill the current work force to succession plan and future proof the business.

Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:

*Proven Leadership experience in a Food Manufacturing environment
*Ideally worked within a Maintenance or Engineering environment before moving to Operations
*Strong leadership skills
*Good knowledge of modern Continuous Improvement tools & techniques
