THE ROLE
You will be accountable for the success of our client's service delivery and relationship management at one of their major retailer clients. This will involve:
·Working closely with the major retailer technologists and the Technical Centre team to provide guidance and support where required.
·Manage the day to day running of all aspects of the service to ensure the client needs are met.
·Delivery of performance & status reporting


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be a positive and pro-active project manager and team leader; able to understand issues and offer innovative solutions at a strategic and operational level, with the ability to drive the success of the process. You will also need to have:
·Extensive knowledge of food technical and regulatory processes
·Experience of working for a supplier to a major retailer.
·Strong IT Skills, especially in Excel.
·Experience in dealing with clients and communicating effectively across all levels of the organisation.
