Our client is already a well-established manufacturer of bespoke products, providing products for the UK food retailers. The company

manufactures ambient products and have grown consistently year on year. They are expecting fast growth in the coming years

and require a strong, multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to support this. The business prioritises quality over mass production and seeks an

experienced Maintenance Engineer to maintain and improve the current gold standards.

Key Accountabilities

As a Maintenance Engineer, the purpose of your role is to service and repair production and packing machine equipment efficiently and effectively as well as undertaking day to day site maintenance tasks working as part of a flexible and customer focused team.

You will work closely with the Engineering & Production Manager and engineering team members to ensure all plant assets are maintained to high standards in order to maximise production efficiencies, facilitate speedy response to all plant stoppages, plan/implement modifications to new and existing equipment, undertake reactive and planned maintenance, make scheduled checks (PPM) on machinery and parts plus be proactive in performing general site maintenance tasks in order to maintain high presentation and working standards of health and safety & site hygiene at all times.
