Client Service Manager - Analysis and Testing

Up to £50K + Package

Fabulous opportunity to join a leader in their field as part of an exciting period of expansion. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of client services and projects. The focus will be on services related to chemical analysis and you will act as an important contributor to the commercial function. This includes being commercially minded to expand business with the existing client base and provide the best client experience possible. Be part of continuous development and improvement to the business as a whole. You will collaborate with internal departments and be able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical people.

Managing the provision of a service from scope to completion and the associated budget. Define service level agreements and maintain a quality culture.

Work with a great team to provide a second to none client experience. Able to contribute to a positive and inclusive culture on site.

Experience / Qualifications

  • Experience within a science based role. Any knowledge of manufacturing and the Food Industry is beneficial.
  • Commercially minded
  • Able to deal with contracts and client discussions
  • Degree or relevant professional experience.
  • Science, technology or professional services experience is ideal.
  • Professional manner - articulate with excellent written and oral communication skills and positive interpersonal skills.
  • Able to engage with all stakeholders
  • Enthusiastic, friendly and able to work as part of a team in an open environment.
  • Organised and tenacious to take ownership of tasks and see them through to conclusion.
  • Enjoy autonomy.

  • Competent IT skills
  • Demonstrates initiative and takes ownership of issues.
  • Occasional travel to various sites including internal UK sites.
