It's well known in the industry that there is a shortage of good process techs about.
This business knows it and is looking for up and coming food graduates to train from scratch and development into full-blown Process Technologists over time.
The experience you can pick up here is invaluable and you'll be able to take it with you wherever you might go in the future.
You'll be working in fast-paced manufacturing environment with complex products. Taking them from concept to launch through factory trials whilst working alongside the NPD and technical departments.
It won't be without its challenges though. You'll have constant support from management but will be thrown in the deep end straight away. There will be tonnes to learn and customer contact from the get go.
