Your team will be responsible for delivering a diverse range of branded and retailer own label innovation projects. To succeed in this position you'll need to have team management experience within a R&D / NPD role in food manufacturing. We are looking for someone who forms great working relationships with others and is a natural influencer. You'll need a real passion for food and ideally a food science background. This is a really fast-paced environment so the ability to juggle a number of projects with changing priorities is important too.

The role would suit those already based or happy to relocate to the South Dublin / Kildare / Wicklow / Carlow or Wexford areas.
