Engineering Manager with the opportunity to make a difference across two factories within a supportive environment focused on change.

We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to take on a challenge for a food manufacturing organisation based in West Yorkshire. The challenge will require you to change minds, build teams, improve processes and assist to drive the business forward. In return, you'll have an autonomous role where you can make things happen and see results within an environment that is supportive of change and growth.

Taking responsibility for the engineering function across two factories, your remit will include day to day engineering activities, utilities and projects.

The ideal professional will be an experienced Engineering Manager with a FMCG background. You'll need to a successful track history in change management, adapting a hands-on style with the ability to engage and empower.

You will also need to:
  • Demonstrate knowledge of World Class Management techniques e.g. Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and TPM
  • Have Operational and Financial understanding and budget control experience
  • Have experience of successful implementation of capital projects with demonstrated project management skills
