FAST MOVING BUT CHILLLED

If you're the type of person that thrives in a fast-moving, busy environment, this could be a great next step.

You'll be working for one of the best - a profitable major manufacturer of chilled, market leading premium foods, at a site dedicated to a standard-bearing top 4 Retailer.

You understand how to bring out the best in people, through clear communication and example, you'll coach, support and encourage your team to be the best and smash their KPIs. Managing a team of up to 100, your attention to Health & Safety, Quality and Technical issues will be the benchmark for team excellence.

As a minimum, you'll need experience of managing people in food manufacturing, chilled would be ideal but is not essential.
