Running a shift is hard work.
But you're good at it.
You've been working in food manufacturing long enough to know that it's never an easy task.
That's the same story here.
It's a large site, producing complex products and naturally with labour intensive operations, there's a lot of people to look after.
So what's the point in you working here?
They need you. More specifically they need you to take the way they do things to the next level.
CI and Lean are words that haven't been spoken here in days gone by but they will be. It's your chance to create and deploy strategy and drive a CI culture across the site. All at the same time as making sure the factory maintains output and service level.
