As an experienced expert graduate Bakery Technologist with preferably 3 years’ experience and a proven ability to deliver projects to the highest quality standards, you will be required to develop New Products from concept through to launch, in line with the NPD processes. This will include Recipe balance and a depth of shelf life understanding are a definite requirement.  Projects will include NPD, EPD, value engineering and proactive innovation. Products will be developed in conjunction with the NPD Manager, Product Manager and bakery colleagues.
