Job Details
Night Shift Production Manager
£38,000 - £40,000
Cambridgeshire
Food Manufacturing never sleeps.
Especially here, a place where the night shift is so integral for the business, a place where they look to find their stars and future leaders.
You don't need me to tell you that as Night Shift Manager, you will have autonomy for the site - that's just a pre-requisit. However, what if I told you that you'd also be expected to deliver Continuous Improvement projects throughout the shift and look to coach, train and develop your team to help drive this mindset across the site.
After extensive investment and a company that is looking to take the next step - why wouldn't you want to join?
All you will need is experience in night shift production management, the food manufacturing industry and a desire for developing both yourself and your team.
