Graduate baker/patisserie production operatives

We are devoted to providing the most delicious deserts and beautiful bakes to all clients whether they be caterers, retailers, restaurants or the independent client who simply needs a special cake for a special occasion. We can accommodate special requests and personalisation of deserts.

We are currently seeking a full time Pastry Chef / Production Operators  to join our friendly team. 

The right person for this role must have previous bakery / patisserie experience and must be flexible with regards to the shifts.

Role will include: Dispensing, Mixing, Granulating & Blending,   maintain and setup their section and equipment and keep our equipment and machines fit for purpose.

We will invest in training for the right candidates to teach how to operate the machines and about the mixing and baking procedures.
