Account Manager, Dairy Ingredients
Ireland (home based)
Up to £60,000 plus commission

This global company manufactures, markets and distributes a range of dairy ingredients, including cultures, enzymes, probiotics and colours for food and beverage manufacturers.
Key Accountabilities
A driven and ambitious technical sales account manager is required to drive forward sales into the cheese sector. Developing relationships with strategic selling and marketing partners to identify opportunities to expand business with existing and new customers. You will be working closely with internal colleagues monitoring the market, the product range and competitors. Your role will also involve working closely with NPD and technical departments on site with the customer, to maximise results and develop further business.
Personal Profile
- Experienced in the dairy sector, ideally cheese
- A food science degree or similar
- A minimum of 3 years experience either as an account manager or working as NPD/technologist in the dairy industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Good project management and leadership skills
- Good team player
- Demonstrate success in the development of customer accounts
- Results driven, eager to exceed customer satisfaction
- Large amounts of travelling involved in this role, so flexibility will be a requirement
