Provide a full range of productivity services to Operations and direct cost reduction programs for the factory including:
- Leading Lean implementation
- Developing and measuring facility systems and developing and delivering continuous improvement training programs for the factory
- Direction in disciplines of best business practices focusing on yield improvement, manpower, overhead spend, any indirect spend.
Reporting Directly to the MD, the Factory has had its challenges and needs someone to support and cast a fresh pair of eyes.
Must have food manufacturing experience.
