A salaried planning role with the possibility of overtime for projects away from the day to day

We know it is unusual to come across a role that is salaried and will also pay overtime when required, but our client is a benevolent employer who believes in fairness to all.

Working in a chilled food, short shelf life environment, you will be an individual who loves fast pace and enjoys that seat of the pants (on occasion) mentality. You will be working in a team that is extremely skilled in what they do and will be a part of a business that supplies exceptionally high quality foods to the major high end retailers.

If you have worked with scheduling software such as Preactor or have a real in depth knowledge of excel spreadsheet formulas then you would be great at this role, providing you have worked in a FMCG environment of course.

Collaboration across all departments is key to this role. You are a great communicator and always work as part of a team. You take customer service very seriously - and that includes your colleagues internally as well as the conventional external customer.

You aren't phased by peaks in business. As this is a short shelf life product there are times of the year when demand goes through the roof. You are the sort of person who thrives on this and you enjoy the buzz at the end of the day knowing that you delivered and no one was short of anything on your watch.

Predominantly you will be working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern covering Wednesday to Saturday, but as this is a 24 hour operation there may be the need for a degree of flexibility from yourself and also the potential for project work to be done on top of those hours - hence the overtime possibility - if you choose to go for it.
