Senior Accounts Administrator / Personal Assistant opportunity offering a unique insight into a successful online wholefoods company!

As an experienced Accounts Administrator you'll already be great at crunching numbers, getting the payroll out so your colleagues can buy all the things they don't need and chasing invoices from those cheeky clients who always pay late. So why would you want to move just to keep doing more of the same?

There are two reasons we can think of... First off, the role is working four days per week, offering a better work / life balance we all strive for. You could use the extra day as family time with the kids, get those jobs done you've been putting off or perhaps just watch an entire series on Netflix. The second is to work with a fast growing, family-run online business in the rapidly expanding health and wholefoods industry. Moreover, working alongside the Managing Director, pro-actively driving the finance function forward through a period of growth and adding real value as the company flourishes.

Together with the accounting team you'll be responsible for all the accounting functions of the business such as Vat Return, managing payroll / pension, cash flow, budgeting and spending but also working closely with the Managing Director as his PA providing daily secretarial and admin assistance, managing his diary, email, meetings and travel, therefore getting a thorough insight into the business and how it's run.

What background do you need? You'll be a qualified Accountant or have at least five year's experience working as a PA / Account Manager within a finance department. Experience with Sage 50 Payroll within a large multi-million £ company setting is essential with knowledge of the wholefoods and ecommerce industry preferable.
