We have a fantastic new opportunity for an Engineering Shift Manager to join a large food manufacturer based in Nottinghamshire.

This role requires a determined manager who has a strong engineering background and experience leading multi-disciplined teams.

Reporting directly into the Site Engineering Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee all engineering activity on shift.

Day-to-day accountabilities will include ensuring the planned maintenance schedule is carried out as per plan, all KPI's are met and health and safety legislation is complied with at all times.

A strong food background and time served apprenticeship would be advantageous to your application.
