Fairfax Meadow is one of the UK's leading catering butchers; with over 40 years experience providing Meat & Poultry to the Pub, Restaurant and Hotel Trade. We have exciting times ahead and are now recruiting for passionate and hardworking individuals at our brand new site in Enfield, North London. We are proud of our people and believe they are a key factor for our continued success. 

We have the following positions available:

• Production Managers/Supervisors/Operatives
• Warehouse Supervisors/Team Leaders/Operatives
• Butchers
• Transport Controller/Lead Driver/Drivers

The roles are full-time, working 45 hours per week.  The shift pattern is 5 days over 7. We also have various Night Shift positions available working over various times.

Ideal candidates:

• FMCG or Food manufacturing experience – desirable
• Capable to adhere to standards – instructions
• Basic Food Hygiene
• Great team player with a can-do attitude
• Have a flexible approach to work and the ability to work under pressure
