We are looking for an outstanding Factory Manager. You can deal with everything that the day throws at you as you have a great team around you and everyone has the same aims - to strive for excellence.

You are a capable and talented manager who understands the intricacies involved in managing a fast-paced food manufacturing factory. Keeping your staff happy and productive is no small thing, but your personality and drive - and the ability to make yourself heard by all levels within the site - contribute to making you one of the best.

Reporting to the Senior Factory Manager who deputises for the Site MD, this will be a highly visible role and you will be a part of an extremely professional, high achieving, senior management team, all with the same goals.

You will have experienced the challenges; the highs and the lows of supplying to the blue chip customers and rather than dwelling on these you are the sort of person to learn from experiences and move on.
