Having worked in food or drink manufacturing for a number of years you know the highs and lows of the job. You know what great looks like and how to turn bad, to good.

Working closely with the Operations Manager (who will thank you and recognise you for your work), you'll work together to drive daily performance and lay out strategy to tackle inefficiencies and deliver continuous improvements.

Naturally, with your experience as a Production Manager / Production Shift Manager, you'll hit the ground running. Obviously there'll be some learning to do on processes but leadership principles remain the same.
