A position has just become available working for an extremely passionate business which is dedicated to producing only the finest and highest quality chilled products.
This is a hands-on role where you will work within the production unit making high quality patisserie and dessert products ensuring all products meet company, customer and food safety requirements.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a clear passion, skill and innovative flair in pastry / desserts in order to create top quality products for high profile clients. You will have practical experience in patisserie from within a restaurant/hotel environment or from within food manufacturing. You will also have the ability to work under pressure, possess City & Guilds (706/3) or NVQ level 3/4 in patisserie (highly desirable) plus be competent in using Microsoft Office. A driving licence is also required.
The Production Pastry Chef job is based in South East region and is paying £20,000 - £23,000 according to individual skills and previous experience. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.
