The successful candidate will provide full account manager service to a specific group client.
You will retain and grow your group account, ensuring you have an in-depth understanding of the financial status of your portfolio, establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular close contact, carry out regular client visits, work with the client on relevant promotions for each calendar year, manage NPD process for your client’s products within the company, liaise with operations to optimise service level plus actively seeking to increase the services offered to your portfolio and increase the income generated.
You will be an experienced FMCG Account Manager, preferably within food manufacturing with a background in managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients. You will have an excellent understanding of business pressures within a commercial environment, demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills plus be IT literate. A full UK driving required in order to carry out customer visits (costs will be reimbursed).
The Account Manager job is based in the South East region and is paying £28,000 - £30,000 according to individual skills and previous experience.
