Sales Support and Logistics Coordinator (1 year FTC)

An established and successful business experiencing growth and investment, who supply premium products to the further manufacturing industry and retailers, sourced from high quality suppliers around the world.

Key Accountabilities

Communication and interaction with both customers and internal colleagues

Order processing and order management

Complaint management

Building relationships with customers, account managers and supply chain

Maintenance of master data

- Taking orders via email and fax for customers

- Checking stock availability and confirming delivery dates for made to order materials

- Coordinating deliveries with the logistics/distribution teams

- Order tracking

- Dealing with returned/replacement goods

- Forecasting

- SAP use

Personal Profile

Good communication skills vital

An interest in the beverages sector

Be able to prioritise workload with a can do attitude

Accuracy and excellent attention to detail, very well organised – multi tasking is key!

Have the ability to work in a fast paced, vibrant office environment

Enthusiasm, flexibility and an eagerness to learn

Driven, ambitious and self-motivating

Business orientated
