Production Supervisor

My client - a progressive food manufacturing company - requires Production Supervisors (days and backs available) to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role:
To assist the Department Manager to lead the production team within the department to implement daily production plans, monitoring line efficiency and wastage, as well as providing support and motivation to the team.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous managerial experience, ideally within a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a min 15-20 staff
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Excellent team work and leadership skill
• Proven track record of developing individual and team
• Proven track record of achieve results and driven by optimums and targets
• Basic computer skills
