The Role
Working alongside a separate NPD and Technical team, the process technologists are responsible for a wide range of projects including process improvements, launches and improving raw materials. This will involve sourcing alternative suppliers, analysing products to understand better their capability, and support technical with trouble-shooting. You will manage factory trials and report findings to the NPD team, building strong relationships with other internal teams too. You will need an understanding of the retailer stage gate processes and factory experience in a retail supplying environment.
Personal Profile
- Food science or related degree
- Willing to challenge current methods and suggest realistic solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects
- Similar experience in a retailer facing environment
