Operations Manager

A rare, fantastic opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join an award winning, family run business and is looking for a Operations Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will have full site autonomy and be responsible for the team and ensuring that effective working systems are in place and production requirements are met.

You will also be responsible for the health and safety, auditing and production schedules.

You will have experience working within a senior post within food manufacturing and a proven record of success.

The successful candidate must have HACCP level 3 and sound health and safety knowledge. Engineering experience is desired however not essential but you must have the ability to problem solve and act quickly when needed.
