This is a great opportunity to join a premium branded FMCG business as a Plant Manager to lead an automated food manufacturing process.

My Client is seeking an extrovert Plant/Factory Manager who is accustomed to having responsibility for an automated food manufacturing facility.

This role reports into the Operations Director and will have responsibility for planning, coordinating and the control of manufacturing processes.

As Plant Manager you will lead a team to manufacturer products to high quality standards and meet KPIs.

This role would suit an individual from an automated food processing background, either food or drink. An Engineering or Continuous Improvement background would be a distinct advantage.

The Plant Manager will have cross-functional interactions with key internal stakeholders, so the ability to build strong working relationships will be key.
