Are you a proven and experienced Factory Manager working in the food industry?

Is working with a prestigious client on quality products appealing to you?

This is an opportunity to work for a leading end client, producing innovative and high-quality chilled food products. It is a well performing site that has received heavy investment in new machinery and technology, enabling you to work at your best.

As a Factory Manager you will also receive investment in your own personal development and be given opportunities to progress and be rewarded for your hard work and the demonstration of company values.

With high standards comes high expectations and this is not a role that will be suitable for just anyone.

You will need to be skilled in the management of not just the factory operations, but also of the people working alongside you. You will have excellent planning abilities, the ability to forecast needs in advance whilst also being adaptable and able to react to unforeseen events.

You need to be able to handle stressful situations and the challenge of a fast-paced environment, whilst also having a positive attitude and a resilience that means you continue working at your optimal best.

Being an integral part of the team is crucial - setting the tone and the culture, being a real people person, and developing and motivating your staff to succeed.
