Operations Director
West London • £Negotiable + Package

Seafood & Eat It began life in 2002, set up by two brothers looking to help
make Cornish crab more accessible for British shoppers. Now 16 years on they have a successful £multi million branded business with a growing portfolio of products.

They have now reached an extremely important part of the company’s growth strategy with the appointment of an Operations Director. This is a brand new role, offering complete operational control of this dynamic, innovative and growing multi-sited business. It is exciting opportunity that offers a unique blend of operational and commercial experience in a niche chilled food manufacturing business, supplying a high quality product portfolio to a host of premium retailers and food service businesses.

Reporting to Richard, the Managing Director, you will be expected to manage the West London site as well as remotely managing the Cornwall site. Effectively, your brief will focus on implementing and developing a vibrant food manufacturing operation – spanning all operational and commercial KPI’s. This will also involve the recruitment and development of the senior management team to ensure the delivery operational efficiency, cost control, quality and customer service.

Customer focused and results driven, with a commitment to delivering best practice, you should be a graduate calibre operations/factory management professional, looking for that next more strategic step up the career ladder.
