New Product Development Manager

The Company

This global brand are a market leader in their sector and loved by consumers all over the world. Their UK head office is now strengthening its Innovation team are looking for a very capable NPD Manager to join their team.

The Role

As a key member of the Innovations team you will manage your product category with the support of a small team and keep food and consumer trends at the forefront of any new product creation. You will manage the development of products with the support of your manufacturing partners, liaising with their NPD teams to ensure the development of high quality and commercially viable products. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are on track and will delight your consumers.

The Person

We are looking for a confident and motivated NPD Manager who has gained strong, well-rounded food development experience within a fast paced FMCG environment. You’ll have worked within a team to launch exciting new ranges and have excellent working knowledge of all aspects of NPD including technical requirements. You’ll also be working with internal teams to drive continuous improvements and deliver new products that are time and cost efficient. Additionally, you must also have excellent project management, organisation and communication skills in order to succeed in this diverse role.
