Job title: Nightshift Despatch Supervisor
Location: Kings Lynn
Salary: £25,000- £28,000

My client is looking for a Despatch Nightshift Supervisor to join the operations team and contribute to delivering an excellent service. This business is a successful produce supplier to multiple retailers and is consistently delivering excellent products to a high standard. RESPONSIBILITIES

* Full control of the department and its functions, inclusive of intake and dispatch
* Create and develop KPI's and manage warehouse team
* Responsible for stock throughout the intake and despatch process
* Continually looking at ways to improve processes and efficiency
* Management and development of warehouse team

REQUIREMENTS

* Experience of leading and managing people within either a fresh produce/FMCG/food manufacturing environment desirably warehouse management experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
