Interim Process Development Lead

The Company

Are you looking for your next interim contract? This forward thinking and esteemed producer of delicious chilled products are seeking an interim Process Technologist to support their current team.

The Role

In this broad interim role you will take responsibility for key process development projects covering all aspects of launching new products. You’ll work closely with NPD teams to trial and launch new product ranges in line with the critical path and launch deadlines, ensuring a smooth transition from kitchen to factory. You’ll also be co-ordinating quality tests and checking product specifications, guaranteeing customer standards are consistently met whilst ensuring all products are manufactured in line with industry quality standards including HACCP and BRC.

The Person

Suit a talented Process Technologist educated to degree level who has worked in a similar role within food manufacturing and has gained a thorough technical understanding of NPD processes and product launches. You’ll also need great communication, organisation and prioritisation skills as you’ll be working on multiple projects within a fast paced environment.
