The job

This is a very unique opportunity where you will join the business in a trainee position. The long-term goal is to learn all aspects of the business inside out, to enable you to eventually progress (2-5 years) into an Operations Manager role of a successful, multinational business.

You will work with all departments including production, commercial, supply chain and purchasing, food safety and marketing.

The business is dedicated to your personal development and will be focused on providing you with a solid and valuable foundation to grow your career and have a pivotal role in the business.

Your experience

You will ideally be a holder of a food science/technology or related degree (or equivalent) and a knowledge and passion for organic, natural and gluten free bakery products/lifestyle is an absolute must. You will be motivated by food with a hunger to learn and get stuck in with all functions. To succeed, you will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Fluency in German is also essential.

The Trainee Operations Manager is based in the South East region and is paying a starting salary of c. £20,000 with a view to increase in line with your progression and success of the business. The working hours are Monday to Friday.
