About our Client
We are working with an expanding grower packer of fresh produce, they supply foodservice clients with top quality fresh produce, this is an expanding business therefore they are looking to recruit a Technical Compliance /Technical Assistant / Quality Manager to join the technical team.

About the Role
This role will offer variety and will require someone who is flexible in there approach, you will offer technical and quality support to the business unit. You will develop and maintain technical standards for the business. You will be responsible for quality standards for the product from raw material through to finish product. You will maintain the due diligence for the business, and provide management support to the operation team.

The role will be a great opportunity to learn and to take your career too the next level.

The Ideal Candidate
For this role you will be currently working in a Quality role / Product Manager / Technical Assistant role within a fresh produce business, you will have good working knowledge of retailer standards, knowledge of high and low risk production units, and have the ability to make decision on product quality.

Minimum Requirements
For this opportunity you must have excellent technical experience and general knowledge of fresh produce.
