About our Client
We are working with one of the UK's leading food manufacturing business, supplying all major food retailers within the UK with a wide range of quality products to entice the customer.

About the Role
This role reports into the NPD and Innovation Controller, you will be responsible for all NPD / EPD for the site, you will set the strategy for the site, and work with a leading retailer to ensure the business is first to market with new innovation, You will manage the whole development process from concept through to post launch review.

The Ideal Candidate
You will have experience of working in a FMCG business, have experience of working in a similar role within NPD, you will have excellent project management skills, and have the ability to communicate at all levels.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role you must have experience of working within a Senior NPD role within food, you must but a self-starter, and be able to work on your own initiative. This is a customer facing position so previous experience of presenting to retailers is required.
The business is fast paced and you will be required to meet the needs of the business as and when required.
