If you have a real love of baking and a particular skill in mass produced, artisan Viennoiserie, then we would love to hear from you!

Our client is looking to bring a new recruit in to their well-established Production team. You are an experienced Production Manager. Managing people is one of your strengths and you can hold your own with your excellent knowledge of the principles of lamination!

Working a shift of 10am till 7pm 5 out of 7 days this means no more night shift for you Bakers, which is a real positive.

With a genuine love of bakery, you will have risen through the ranks and proven (no pun intended!) your skills and abilities along the way. You can cope with a fast paced environment. The orders can go through the roof during busy times, so you will be excellent at managing throughput while keeping an eye on the waste and the quality.

With top end clients there will be no corner cutting, but your pride would never allow that anyway.

Organised, steady, with a real eye for detail and a passion for getting things right first time, you will be the perfect person for this job.

If you can show that you are not one to stand still and are constantly looking for ways to improve things then our client will be keen to meet with you.

Just because something has always been done in such a way does not mean that it is right and you are the person to challenge and assess and do what is best for the business.
