Engineering Planner
Monday - Friday (Day Shift)
Leicestershire
Salary: £26,000
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Engineering Planner based in Leicestershire. The role is within a well-known and long established food manufacturer that smells great. The role will be very challenging but also very satisfying and rewarding. You will report in to the Plant Manager and deliver competently. The successful applicant will have great Interpersonal skills coupled with excellent computer skills.
Key Responsibilities will be:
- Providing planning and administrative support to the Engineering department.
- PPM planning and dashboard upkeep.
- Maintaining document archive and referencing systems and contract directory structure; compiling all relevant information to produce internal reports.
- Prepare/update department documents weekly.
- Schedule calls, meetings and conferences as needed including departmental PDMs.
- Administer service contracts and contractor compliance, including acting as the Safe Contractor Client Administrator.
- Maintain the Engineering training matrix, recommending and booking required training.
