Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager with Operational experience needed to join £180mil+ Turn over company, expanding rapidly, with multi-site potential

The Role:

• Prepare for expansion within the warehouse team, creating a culture of continuous improvement
• Develop the culture of H&S compliance, continuous review and efficiency
• Team Management; grow and expand a happy and motivated workforce
• KPI Improvement; monitored and potentially recreated

You, The Candidate:

• An experienced Warehouse Manager preferably from bonded or FMCG warehouse (Minimum 3 Years – No exceptions)
• Expert people manager with large teams, adept at recruiting and managing
• Able to challenge accepted norms and enjoy creating new solutions with a hands on approach to problem solving
• Experience of multi-site or new opening/set up of warehouses
• Experience of system implementation and process improvement
