I have a number of interesting Hygiene roles across the East Midlands - all offering competitive salaries depending on your Hygiene management experience.
The main factor is that you LOVE Hygiene and you MUST want to communicate and be hungry to develop and grow with the site.
Within these roles you will be managing and developing the company's Hygiene function - we are looking for someone who is dedicated to their job role and for someone who pays close attention to detail.
Along with this the role of a Hygiene manager will require the candidate to be active and driven to achieving the highest standard. They will also need experience of following customer codes of practice and making sure they are all compliant with all hygiene standards. We need someone who will always be thinking of business improvements ensuring that food safety and quality remain at the forefront of the company.
Communicating across the entire site....production, Technical and NPD you will be putting systems in place to guarantee improvement. Driving forward departmental policies and procedures will be funsamental and you will will need to be motivated and vocal to make that difference.
Ideal candidates must be working in a Hygiene role within food production. A strong manager with excellent communication skills is vital.
