Location: Gloucester

Salary: Up to £35k

The Candidate:

• You will have knowledge & experience of food manufacturing
• Experience and understanding of microbiology is essential, dairy an advantage
• Experience/education in HACCP, food hygiene, internal audits & microbiology
• Highly motivated, determined & enthusiastic individual with strong leadership & team building qualities

The role:

• Your main purpose with be enabling team to deliver quality targets and continuously improve quality performance by coaching and developing
• To provide expertise through chemical & Microbiological technical knowhow
• Responsible for laboratory budget, management and other QMS duties
• Coaching front line team members, enabling them to solve problems
• Collaboratively work with other teams to improve the business
