Role - Technical Manager
Salary - £55,000 - £65,000 + Benefits

This ambitious, forward thinking and energetic business seeks the same attributes in their next Technical Manager in order to take on this role in the senior management team and develop honest and long lasting relationships not only internally but with suppliers and retailers.
To be successful in taking on this opportunity within the Technical department, you must have experience with working with a range of complex food products, supporting a business with big plans for the future and also managing a small team of staff. This truly exciting role isn't one for a junior manager but requires strong technical understanding and faultless customer service abilities as-well as a positive and ambitious outlook. These attributes will really allow you to make the most of this exhilarating opportunity in a successful and changing company!
The Technical Manager will:
*Set and monitor standards for Food Safety and Quality
*Lead the development of HACCP on site
*Support the technical auditor with audits and supplier visits
*Support the hygiene team and provide direction where necessary
*Organise and manage raw materials trials
*Support the development of food safety awareness on site
