One of the world's largest ingredient distributors, our client supplies an extensive portfolio of speciality products for an increasing variety of industrial applications.  Exciting opportunity for a sales and service driven account manager with a proven track record in building sales, and developing relationships within a competitive and innovative market

Key Accountabilities 
New business development within the Yorkshire area against targets, as well the development and maintenance of business relationships with existing customers
Identification, pursuit and realisation of opportunities as they occur and development of these into new business, keeping updated with product knowledge and taking part in training courses
Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on competitor’s activities in order to maximise sales opportunities 
Completing daily, weekly and monthly reports as required
Working closely as part of a large internal team

Personal Profile
Experience as an account manager, ideally in food ingredients
Proven success developing sales within a competitive market
Degree in Business, Chemistry or relevant field 
Competent IT skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills 
Full Driving Licence
