The job

As QA Assistant, you will be assisting and ensuring good manufacturing practices are followed on site and helping to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.

You will also be responsible for assuring the food safety and quality of all products through effective implementation of company quality assurance policies, product specifications and day-to‐day operation of HACCP.

Your experience

You will ideally be educated to a degree level in a food related discipline and/or have previous experience in a quality assurance related role within the food manufacturing industry. You will have good knowledge of HACCP and GMP and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word. To succeed, you will enjoy a fast-paced environment, have a team approach and possess good communication skills.

The QA Assistant job is based in the London / Home Counties region and is paying up to £18,000. The working hours are 8 hour shifts, flexible between 6am - 10pm (mainly afternoon and evening shifts).
