The role has been filled internally for a number of years and as such the General Manager is keen for you to share different ways of working and bring a fresh pair of eyes to the business.

That's not to say that difficult conversations won't need to happen but you will need to be honest, handle tricky situations with tact, and build a strong relationship with this prestigious client.
