You know how to run a successful shift.



Sure, hitting the daily numbers are important.



But can you identify and make improvements?



Better yet - are you able to identify issues, coach your team and deliver improvements through people?



If so, you have a skill set that's highly sought after. In particular, this business are looking for someone like you to come on board and show what you can do.



You'll be given free reign over your shift to run it as you see fit. As long as daily numbers are hit, an emphasis on coaching and developing your team is maintained and continuous improvement activities are driven. You'll also have an Ops Manager to support you where needed.



The business itself is entering a period of intense growth and investment. The site is highly profitable too, so you can rest easy knowing there's no fears of job security.
